Tottenham enter the new season with a number of first-team players suffering from injuries. Long-term issues continue to persist for Rodrigo Bentancur and Bryan Gil, the latter having undergone an operation during the summer on a troubling issue. There have also been problems for Ryan Sessegnon, Fraser Forster and Tanguy Ndombele although Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has revealed the French midfielder is now struggling with his fitness having overcome an injury.
