Cura sets nozzle temperature to 0 before a few final layers of the

I'm running a custom 3d printer with 2 extruders (2 in 1 out nozzle) and when I put in these settings, CURA automatically sets the temperature of nozzle to 0 even before the print is done. This results in the last final few prints not printing (cold extrusion). I'm attaching my configuration file

Just won't hit those nozzle temp targets from cura to start the print. Lower the temp with print tune screen and it starts up in 30 seconds or so. Bought a new
