Ruto's Letter is a letter found within Ocarina of Time. When Link enters Zora's Domain, he can acquire the Silver Scale, which can be used to dive and swim out from Zora's Domain to Lake Hylia. While there, Link will find a Bottle in the depths of the water. The letter was written by Ruto Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly, asking for help, because she was trapped there. In the letter she also states that she doesn't want her father, King Zora, to know anything about it. When Link enters King Zora's Chamber and shows the letter to King Zora, he will be surprised and worried, thus he will move aside so Link can save his daughter.
