A 2018 Fan-Stand I made because I just like how weird Stand designs can get, I guess. (Original description as follows). This is 「Video Killed The Radio Star」, which has the special ability to convert an internal store of light energy into hard light constructs, which can take the form of weapons, tools, and shields, though there is a limit on how complex these constructs can be. Another limit on VKTRS is the internal store of energy is not self-recharging, instead requiring an outside source of light be gathered. This can come from ambient light (natural or artificial) or be actively drained from technological sources, usually overloading and breaking the item for greater returns (can only apply this ability to light sources that the user or stand can physically touch- the user can drain TVs and fires, but cannot overload the sun). With practice, the internal power store can be increased. The same applies to the range of its ranged attacks, though a lack of focus on the construct would ensure that it would fall apart fairly quickly after being cast, unlike the shields or blades which would be focused on for as long as they were needed. After that, the only limits on this Stand is its owners skill in using it, knowledge of their surroundings, and imagination. In straight combat without access to its light manipulation, the only aspect in which it truly shines is its speed and precision, which allow it to survive altercations with more combat focused stands. Personality wise, the Stand is excitable, often showing its emotions and reactions by flashing images across its TV screen face and though exaggerated body language.
