After you spawn, you have to look for a lift, it can be found inside any room but It's usually found at the lowest (3rd) floor. After you found it, enter it and click "F" while aiming at red button. Be careful because you can find Skin Stealers here. Note: Don't worry if any door is locked, elevator won't spawn behind those.
