Due to a horrible accident, Keina Kagami is put on life support, and the only freedom she has left she finds in the world of the VRMMORPG *Leadale*. However, when her life support fails, she wakes up to find herself actually inside the game’s world! Now a high elf named Cayna, she finds out that 200 years have passed since the events of the game and begins investigating what has happened in all that time, all the while deepening her relationships with the people inhabiting the world and the NPCs she once created, including her three “children”!
