Jesse é um personagem que aparece em The Last of Us Part II. Ele mora em Jackson County junto de Ellie e Dina. Em algum momento antes de 2033, Jesse se mudou para Jackson sob a liderança de assentamento de Tommy e Maria. Ele também começou a namorar Dina, outro sobrevivente que vivia dentro do assentamento. Mais tarde, eles se separaram por razões desconhecidas. Depois que Ellie e Joel encontraram refúgio em Jackson, Jesse se tornou amigo de Ellie. Ele também terminou com Dina em algum momento.
