Jack Costume When my son was in 1st grade, we wanted to make a really fun costume for him. The store bought costumes seemed so boring, so we decided that we would make a  Jack from Jack in the Box costume! This took some planning ahead, as we had to paper mache the head. We used a blown up beach ball and did several layers (letting them dry in between).
