Gwinnett County's oldest country club replaced with apartment community

Another metro Atlanta golf course has made way for housing. A multifamily community called Caledon on Club has begun pre-leasing for spring move-ins at a 33-acre site that used to be part of the oldest country club in Gwinnett County, Northwoods Country Club Golf Course, according to project officials.
